By accessing or using TanjiWeb’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
TanjiWeb provides website design, development, managed hosting, and related digital services for local businesses. All services are provided on a project-by-project or subscription basis as agreed upon in your service agreement.
TanjiWeb offers a free website mockup with no obligation to purchase. The mockup is a design preview and remains the property of TanjiWeb until full payment is received. You are under no obligation to proceed after reviewing your mockup.
The one-time website design fee is due upon approval of your mockup and before the site goes live. Monthly hosting and maintenance plans are billed monthly via automatic payment. All prices are in USD.
Upon receipt of full payment for your website, all content, design assets, and code specific to your project become your property. TanjiWeb retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
All domain names purchased on your behalf are registered in your name and remain your property. You retain full control and ownership of your domain at all times.
Monthly hosting plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. One-time design fees are non-refundable after your site has been launched. If you do not proceed after your mockup, no charges apply.
TanjiWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.
